Role Overview:
Sales Executives/Account Managers play a pivotal role in executing our sales efforts and executing our strategies, directly contributing to the company’s growth. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Sales of Apartments/Villas in the Real Estate construction industry. The Selected candidate would need to convert assigned leads into successful sales. This would be an individual contributor role reporting to a Senior colleague within the function.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Key Responsibilities:
Accountability: Execute our Sales Strategies and deliver/exceed targets by effectively managing the assigned leads and convert them to the actual orders/bookings specific to the individual/multiple projects.
Client/Customer Engagement: Effectively engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences and ensure right products/solutions are provided.
Product/Market Knowledge: Should quickly develop the understanding of organizations products and offerings in various segments and have keen understanding of the external market conditions.
Communication: Adequate communication skills required to effectively engage with customers and other colleagues in the company. Candidate should be able to clarify any queries that customer may have concisely.
Reporting and Documentation: Document and maintain the interactions, progress and outcome of each lead(s) in the system and provide regular updates to his/her reporting manager.
Business Ethics: Demonstrate high business ethics in any of the interactions with customers and/or other colleagues. Ensure all the activities being done as a part of role strictly comply with the organization’s policies.
Candidate Requirements:
Prior Experience in handling Sales/Marketing in Real estate construction industry.
Any graduate with 5-7 years of work experience. Candidates with MBA are preferable.
A team player with a positive and collaborative mindset and be able to work effectively with cross functional teams.

Key Accounts Manager play a pivotal role in overseeing our sales efforts and executing our strategies for multiple projects simultaneously, directly contributing to the company’s growth. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Sales of Apartments/Villas in the Real Estate construction industry. The Selected candidate would need to ensure the goals, objectives and targets for the projects under his/her responsibility is delivered. This would be a mix of a leadership role or an individual contributor role reporting to a Senior colleague within the function.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: As a leader responsible for the team reporting to you, you would be responsible to plan and devise effective execution strategies, provide guidance and clear direction to your team in execution. Should foster collaboration and motivation.
Direct/Indirect Sales: Responsible to ensure the team delivers/exceed targets by effectively managing the assigned leads and convert them to the actual orders/bookings specific to the individual/multiple projects.
Decision Making/Critical thinking: Role requires the person to demonstrate data driven decisions and problem-solving capabilities to navigate any unforeseen challenges and seize opportunities.
Client/Customer Engagement: Effectively engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences and ensure right products/solutions are provided.
Conflict Management: Accountable and responsible to anticipate, identify and resolve any possible conflicts that may arise and potentially impact the organization’s reputation or customer relationships when dealing with various partners, other stakeholders
Performance Management: Responsible for essential monitoring and evaluating the performance of his/her team members. Should look at providing objective and constructive feedback and work to remove any hindrances that may hinder the success or productivity of his/her team.
Product/Market Knowledge: Should quickly develop the understanding of organizations products and offerings in various segments and have keen understanding of the external market conditions.
Communication: Adequate communication skills required to effectively engage with customers and other colleagues in the company. Candidate should ensure that there are no communication roadblocks between his/her team members and the management.

Experience in leading a team size of 4-5 resources
A team player with a positive and collaborative mindset, be willing to take initiative and drive teams, able to work effectively with cross functional teams.
