Venkat Paidipalli co-founded Udaysree Group in 2019. He is the managing partner of UDAYSREE DEVELOPERS with a vision centered on building an extremely reliable and customer-centric real estate company that focuses on building highly affordable homes for its customers.
Through his outcome-driven leadership, he has taken Udaysree Group to new heights and transformed it into one of the most sought-after real estate companies in a short span. The brand’s successfully executed portfolio of projects has today helped it build a customer base of over 500+ happy customers and counting.
Venkat Paidipalli
Managing Partner
Ramesh Paidipalli, Partner of Udaysree Group, served the IT/ITES industry for more than 25 years in operations, presales and business development and worked with some of the largest big-tech clients worldwide. Ramesh will bring in his rich experience in managing the day-to-day operations of Udaysree Group, thereby helping the company reach its mission of building affordable and sustainable homes. He will be focusing primarily on meeting or exceeding the expectations of the customers.

Rohith Paidipalli is a Mechanical Engineering professional, completed Masters in Project Management from University of Sunderland in London. Prior to taking up overall Operations, Sale & Purchase at Udaysree Developers, Rohith worked as sales and marketing manager in multinational companies & prestigious construction company.
A firm believer in innovation and collaboration, Rohith champions the integration of modern technologies and green building practices to future-proof the company’s portfolio. Outside of work, he is actively involved in industry associations, reflecting a commitment to responsible growth and civic engagement
